4 Days holiday in Zanzibar is a well designed and implemented beach holiday package for total relaxation and Zanzibar people culture

Day 1 Arrival Day
Arrival where you will be met and welcomed then the transfer to hotel starts immediately after famous Sea view hotel or similar, check in and brief explanations about program though the rest of the day may be spent on your leisure dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Historic old city Tour

After breakfast depart the hotel for a full day city Tour whereby the tour leads you through the historic old city, The tour starts from Zanzibar central market which was established in 1904 you will see a lot of tropical fruits and various types of spices where one can even buy them if you have interest. There after the tour proceed to Anglican cathedral which built by bishop steers in 1874 right on the site of the former slave market, then visit National museums of Zanzibar commonly known as peace memorial museum, British consulate, Old fort or house of wonders then the tour go ahead to Dr Livingstone House before going to maruhubi palace ruins which were built by Sultan Bar gash in 1880.

DAY 3. Snorkeling done

Relax, swim and sunbathe on the beaches prison island. We offer boat trips to prison Island where water sports and activities such as snorkeling might done at your own cost. You will also have the opportunity to see big tortoises of which some them are over 100rys old, as well as different species of birds. Visiting to Jozani forest can also be arranged.

DAY 4. DEPARTURE

Departure transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your departure ready to flights to Kilimanjaro Airport.

ARRIVAL – KAHAWA SHAMBANI HOME STAY

On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport at ……… TBA ex …….. From Zanzibar, you will be met by a representative from Kahawa Shambani Home stay and camp, to be transferred to the home stay. Accommodation here is booked for two nights on a full board basis, inclusive of soft drinks.

Kahawa Shambani home stay is a community-run venture that offers insights into the lives of the Chagga, coffee farmers who live on Kilimanjaro’s lower slopes. Our Home Stay is found in Uru Msuni village about one Kilometre from Kahawa Shambani – Campsite, and about 16km from Moshi to Uru Msuni village. The Building contain a Modern amenity such as en suite showers and twin beds, and are clean and comfortable

COFEE TOUR & WATERFALLS

This morning you after breakfast your guide will lead you to the coffee tour where your will experience and learn when the coffee came to Kilimanjaro, how to plant, caring, harvesting and other process where you will end up by making your own cup of coffee in a local way. The tour will take 2 to 3 hours.

After the tour you will walk down to our campsite for the hot lunch with soft drinks.

Around 2h00pm you will visit the waterfalls, on the way you will see a beautifully scenery of the mountain. At the waterfalls you can swim here. After you satisfied you will be transferred to home for dinner and overnight.

DAY TRIP TO MOUNTAIN

The Marangu route is known as Coca-Cola Route meaning simple like Coca cola. However it is the only route on the mountain which offers accommodation in sleeping huts on this day trip, you will hike on the Marangu Route up to Mandara Hut for lunch. You will NOT reach the summit. All short treks are offered on a private basis, and you can start on any day of the year.
The short treks are geared for people who like to hike but reaching the summit isn’t a “must do”, and allow one to experience the excitement of hiking on the highest peak on the African continent. All trekking inside of the Tanzania National Park require the services of a certified Kilimanjaro guide, and the Marangu route is the only route where short treks are allowed.

Day 1: Hike to Mandara Hut and back to park gate

After breakfast at your home stay, you will meet your guide, drive to the Kilimanjaro National Park Gate (about 1 hour), register and commence the climb.
Walk through the rainforest to the Mandara encampment. A side trip to Maundi Crater is a good way to see the surroundings including Northern Tanzania and Kenya. In the rain-forest, look for towering Eucalyptus trees, bird life, and Colobus monkeys.

After lunch, hike back to park gate and drive back to Arusha.

DAY TRIP TO MAASAI CALTURAL

Unique maasai and wildlife experience.

You can take a day trip from Moshi to an authentic Maasai village near Kilimanjaro airport. As opposed to other Maasai villages where tourist visits are possible, this particular one was set up for tourism purpose.

At the village, you experience many traditional aspects of Maasai life, but also see how the Maasai adapt to development and contact with modern civilization. All visits are planned and arranged by the Maasai themselves; they will show you their traditional Maasai dance and singing, different types of Maasai houses, traditional beard ornaments, the O’Brien School for the Maasai; and you can also walk with their cattle on the plains.

Day 4 :Departures Day

After a breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for flight to Dar or Nairobi to connect flight back home.
