For those of you who wish to share this breathtaking journey with fellow enthusiasts, the dates given are your golden opportunity. However, many of our valued clients opt to choose their own suitable dates for the Kilimanjaro journey (additional costs apply).
In most instances, the open-hearted climbers also invite others to join their expedition - all for the sake of delighting in some good company during the trek.
Worried about losing the essence of the climb amidst large crowds? Rest assured, your concerns are ours too! By default, our climbs host merely 10-15 trekkers. This is to ensure that our guide can tend to everyone's needs individually and maintain a close eye on everyone's condition. It enables each trekker to engage in personal conversations with the guide, fostering a more satisfying overall experience.

If an individual opts for a single room/tent accommodation, an extra fee will be applicable. The details of the additional cost can be provided upon request.

An extra charge of US$ 300 per day will be applicable for any additional days spent on the mountain.· Rates detailed above are per person sharing – except for the 1 person’s rate
· Please note that changes in Kilimanjaro National Park fees or government taxes/VAT may lead to alterations in all prices without prior notice. The existing park fees and taxes are applicable till 30 June 2024. Post this date, changes may be implemented.

What is included in Kilimanjaro Package.
Transfers:
• Pick-up and drop-off at Arusha/Kilimanjaro International Airport;
• Transfer to the trailhead - entry gate to Kilimanjaro National Park.
• Pick-up at the exit from Kilimanjaro National Park and transfer to the hotel;
Entry fees:
• All park fees collected by the Kilimanjaro National Park (conservation fees, camping fees, crew fees, vehicle fee, rescue fee and all other fees collected by the Tanzania National Parks Authority).
• Trust Tours, a responsible tour operator, works in full compliance with the tax law of the United Republic of Tanzania, with 18% VAT and 1% TDL applied.
Accommodation:
• Two nights at 5* hotel (Sheraton Hotel or Kibo Palace ) before the expedition and after; The hotels have everything for your comfortable stay - caring staff, nice rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, restaurant and swimming pool, hot shower).
• Hotel accommodation includes storage facilities for excess luggage during hikes.
• Tented accommodation on Mount Kilimanjaro.
Please note:
All accommodation is on sharing basis (i.e. you will be sharing with your travel companion a twin/double room in the hotel and a tent during the hike. If you travel alone, we will match you with a same-sex adventurer).

Meals:
• Breakfast in the hotel before and after the hike;
• All meals on the hike. Our Kilimanjaro diet includes energy-rich and highly nutritious meals prepared by our professional high-altitude cooks.
• A typical diet on Kilimanjaro includes different soups, garnishes, several types of fish and meat, fresh fruit and vegetables; vegetarian/gluten-free/halal options are available at no extra cost;
• All drinks on the hike (coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water).

Hiking and safety equipment
• (10-cm) thick and comfortable sleeping mattress;
• All group equipment (spacious and comfortable dining tent, camping table and chairs, crockery and cutlery);
• The Helicopter rescue is free (book with us so we can give you the helicopter)
• Oxygen cylinders and ox-meters, used to take blood-oxygen level readings of clients twice a day
• GPS-tracking service;
• Complete medical kits.
Climbing crew:

• Professional guides, licensed by Kilimanjaro National Park. All our guides are the holder of Wilderness First Responder or Wilderness First Aid certifications.
• All our guides have 7+years of successful mountaineering experience;
• Salaries paid to the mountain support crew as per KINAPA (Kilimanjaro National Park Authority) guidelines.
• Dedicated support crew (assistant guides, camp master, porters, cooks, etc.).

Kilimanjaro Price Excludes:

• Local airfares, International airfares.
• International Travel insurance
• Tanzania Visa: $50 per person on arrival.
• Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Lunch and dinner at the hotel (before and after the ascent);
• Personal Expenses (e.g. laundry, telephone, beverages, etc.)
• Meals not listed above on those arrival and departures days
• Mandatory tips for guides, porters, and cooks typically range from US$250 to US$350 per hiker. This amount can vary based on the number of days, the number of hikers in the group, and the chosen route.
• Items of personal nature.
